Stephen Sutkowski has worked for 25 years in strategic and tactical planning for telecommunications network infrastructures and components for General Telephone and Electronics, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon including wireless and fiber initiatives. Stephen has also worked for Telecom Strategic Visions in heading a small consultant team in wireless network, fiber, and IT initiatives for various industrial and financial groups.

Stephen has experience as a member of the Board of Directors for the Carroll County Maryland American Red Cross, the Tanglewood Homeowners Association of Silver Spring, and currently the Audubon Society of Central Maryland.

Stephen has worked as a judge captain for the National History Day at the county, state, and national levels for about 20 years and has worked to promote student projects in television and radio history where applicable for annual topics.
