Richard Scroggs has spent nearly 3 decades as an insurance broker, providing risk management solutions for his client’s property and casualty insurance needs.  In his current role at USI Insurance Services, Richard works with a number of high-profile non-profit associations and museums dedicated to historic preservation.  Previously, Richard worked at a number of radio stations in the Mid-Atlantic region as an on-air personality as well as operations management and programming.
