Kathleen Foster

Executive Director

Kathleen comes to the NCRTV Museum with six years of experience in museum and nonprofit administration, including three years as Administrator of the National Electronics Museum. She holds a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master degree in History with a concentration in Public History from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Kathleen specializes in oral history, and has had her work featured in From Langenbruck to Kansas City, as well as in archives, digital exhibits, and documentary projects. She is also proud to have her General Class Amateur Radio license, call sign KC3DSR.
